Team Leader Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to oversee our Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) program.

The CPS Team Leader will guide a team of Recovery Workers in delivering high-quality psychosocial support to individuals with severe mental health conditions who are ineligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

About This Opportunity

This role requires a strong leader who ensures program compliance, monitors service delivery, and supports recovery-focused approaches in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage a team effectively, and have a deep understanding of psychosocial support principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of the CPS program across multiple locations
  • Lead a team of Recovery Workers to deliver high-quality psychosocial support services
  • Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes
Requirements
