Sirv is looking for passionate Support Superstars who are dedicated to Participant outcomes and experienced in providing complex care to high-needs Participants.
What is the opportunity?As a Disability Support Worker, you will make a positive impact on the lives of Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:
- Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
- Providing personal care assistance with daily living
- Assisting with mobility in accordance with resident care plans
- Building relationships with residents and visitors
- Enjoying a fun and collaborative work environment
- Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate healthcare documentation as required
Availability to work a rotating roster including active shifts, sleepover shifts, AM and PM shifts, and short-notice availability.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Certificate III or paid experience
- Updated Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Driver's license, reliable transport, and comprehensive insurance
- Valid rights to work in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
