Sirv is looking for passionate Support Superstars who are dedicated to Participant outcomes and experienced in providing complex care to high-needs Participants.

What is the opportunity?

As a Disability Support Worker, you will make a positive impact on the lives of Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:

  • Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
  • Providing personal care assistance with daily living
  • Assisting with mobility in accordance with resident care plans
  • Building relationships with residents and visitors
  • Enjoying a fun and collaborative work environment
  • Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate healthcare documentation as required
What we require from you

Availability to work a rotating roster including active shifts, sleepover shifts, AM and PM shifts, and short-notice availability.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Certificate III or paid experience
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Driver's license, reliable transport, and comprehensive insurance
  • Valid rights to work in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
