Bar and Gaming Supervisor Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bar and Gaming Supervisor to manage our venue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To independently open, operate, and close the venue.
  • To accurately count money, balance tills, and maintain records.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
  • To assist customers with gaming machines and ensure a safe experience.
  • To serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with relevant laws.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Bar and Gaming Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Australian Work Authorisation (preferred).
  • RSA & RCG certification (preferred).

Working Conditions:

  • The position will be performed in person at our Newcastle location.
