Job Description

**Unique Opportunity in Product Enablement**

Westpac Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Product Enablement team in Westpac Institutional Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the improvement of bank-wide products, sales and services processes, and systems to enhance the risk profile of the business and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Coordinate and Deliver Product and Collateral Change Initiatives**: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product and collateral change initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • **Support Product Managers and Sales/Service Teams**: Provide expert support to product managers, sales, and service teams in resolving key issues and improving product and service offerings.
  • **Deliver Strategic Transformation Initiatives**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • **Enhance Policies and Procedures**: Work with GTS stakeholders to enhance policies and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement of risk management practices.
