Critical Care Nursing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Care Nursing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will provide expert clinical advice and act as a role model for intensive care nursing practices.
The successful applicant will drive the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement and nursing practice initiatives in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. They will lead clinical risk management strategies to ensure best practice and patient-centered outcomes, while providing expert clinical advice and acting as a role model within the unit.
This position involves coordinating the evaluation of current practices, implementing policies and protocols to enhance care quality and consistency, and fostering a culture of learning and research. The successful candidate will also lead the application of National Standards, monitor care outcomes, and report findings to staff and hospital committees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing contemporary leadership that facilitates the ongoing development of clinical practice, together with the ability to initiate, guide and motivate a multi-disciplinary team in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement, action research and clinical risk management activities.
- Implementing changes and developing direction in clinical practice through planning, quality improvement and research.
