We are looking for an experienced professional with proven logistics and freight expertise to oversee international and local stock management, transportation bookings, and inventory control.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, including:

  • Supporting Project Managers with administrative tasks, such as planning shipments, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Tracking shipments according to project requirements, supervising orders, and managing stock levels.
  • Providing accurate project information to the team and clients, clarifying uncertainties, and adhering to deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, with strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in using Excel for data tracking and reporting, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

What We Offer
