About the Role

We are seeking an individual who shares our passion for sports and bikes. As a Bike Specialist, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge of sports and bikes.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical mind, experience with bike repairs, or be an experienced mechanic. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and sharing your knowledge of sports and bikes
  • Bike building and repairs, troubleshooting and maintaining high standards
  • Merchandising, managing stock levels and pricing to meet customer needs

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Mechanic-minded, with a passion for bikes and riding
  • A team player, willing to work during busy times (weekends and holidays)
  • Able to take initiative, develop your skills, and grow in responsibilities
