About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide expert advice on cycling products and techniques, using your own passion for sports to inspire customers.
  • Bike Building/Repairs: Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs, as well as build bikes to a high standard.
  • MERCHANDISING: Take responsibility for managing stock levels and pricing, and provide a high level of merchandising to ensure easy product selection.
What We Are Looking For
  • A mechanic-minded individual with knowledge of bikes, bike preparation, and/or bike repairs.
  • Experienced Bicycle Mechanics are highly valued.
  • A strong passion for bikes and riding.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, follow best practices, and enjoy working with customers.
  • Strong customer relations and community involvement skills.
  • A willingness to grow in responsibilities and develop career.
  • The ability to work during busiest times (weekends and holidays).
