Job Title: Sofitel Host

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Sofitel Host to join our team. As a Sofitel Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a sense of welcome and departure to all hotel visitors.
  • Offer correct and accurate information in response to guest inquiries.
  • Lead by example with regards to departmental grooming and attitude.
  • Stay informed about daily activities, including the Daily Round-up, Opera, and diary.
  • Be aware of ongoing hotel matters and special events.
  • Identify and acknowledge daily VIPs.
  • Implement all departmental procedures, SOPs, and checklists.
  • Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest relations, Reservations, Bell Captain, and Valet to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and queries.
  • Deliver personalized service and achieve the 'Essence of Pleasure' for guests.
  • Embody French hospitality through a 'can do' attitude.
  • Perform tasks in a timely manner.
