Senior Aged Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to lead our clinical team at Lady Small Haven, a leading aged care service on the Gold Coast.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resident care planning, quality management activities, and monitoring nursing practice procedures. They will also oversee the provision of care by external service providers and coordinate the delivery of clinical care by direct care staff.

You will have a passion to build strong, meaningful connections with our residents and their families while modelling our Positive Wellbeing Model of Care. This role would be ideal for an experienced Level 3 Registered Nurse with aged care experience looking for a new challenge.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess or have the willingness to obtain a National Police Check, National Insolvency Check, and NDIS Screening Certificate.
