We are seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to lead and maintain high-quality data standards across our dynamic business.

This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a high-performing team, with a focus on data accuracy, governance, and integration—particularly within ERP systems.

About the Role

  • Maintain and manage master data domains across ERP systems, including product, pricing, and inventory.
  • Support business integration by aligning and consolidating data sets.
  • Lead data quality, validation, and cleansing initiatives.
  • Drive data governance by establishing standards, procedures, and lifecycle processes.
  • Build and maintain reports and KPIs to track data completeness and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align data with business strategy.

About You

  • Strong experience with ERP systems is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data governance and data quality management.
  • Proven track record in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and managing technical delivery.
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-changing organisations is advantageous.
  • Industry background in FMCG, cosmetics, or healthcare is beneficial.
  • Confident working in complex environments and aligning technical detail to business goals.
