Job Summary

The Senior Presales Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality experiences to customers during the acquisition and onboarding stages of Data Quality and Governance software and data solutions. This role requires guiding sales pitches, providing technical expertise, developing value propositions, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in presales or sales engineering.
  • Excellent questioning and analysis techniques to identify customer needs, design solutions, and track business and technical requirements.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (workshop, demonstrations, training).
  • Strong experience solving technical problems and troubleshooting technical issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving our software by sharing clients' experiences with product managers and developers.

Requirements
  • Ability to juggle numerous priorities.
  • Experience working with technology and using it to tell a story that supports a business strategy.
  • Experience in or some exposure to one or more data management disciplines, such as data quality, data governance, data catalog, single customer view, or data migrations.
  • Able to understand complex data flows through enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Deep understanding of systems, processes, applications, technology, and security.
  • Experience with Data Quality and Data Governance projects, including data manipulation and elements of cleansing, standardization, validation, de-duplication, migration, auditing, and analysis.
