You will bring:
- A Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 2+ years of post-graduate experience
- Proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is highly regarded
- A desire to grow your capabilities and work towards independently producing high-quality schematic, design development, and construction documentation
- Strong design communication skills and the ability to create compelling presentation graphics
- Passion for the sectors we focus on - Federal, Healthcare, Tech/Media/Telecom & Data, Education & Science is a plus
- Attention to detail and knowledge of current design trends and philosophies, design research, innovation, resilient/sustainable design, data-driven design, and human-centered design
- Openness to emerging technologies and future workflows
- A proactive, adaptable working style and willingness to contribute across different sectors and project types

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- Credentials to obtain future registration

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and processes
