Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Overview: As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy across e-commerce, SEO, CRM, social media, and paid media channels. This role requires strong leadership skills to mentor and grow direct reports.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and guidelines.
  2. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing performance using various analytics tools and platforms.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for consistent brand messaging and seamless user experiences.
  4. Identifying emerging trends, technologies, and platforms to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
  5. Managing and optimizing brand websites for user-friendliness, search engine optimization, and conversion focus.
  6. Developing and managing relationships with external agencies for digital marketing campaigns and expertise.
  7. Staying informed about industry trends, advancements, and regulatory guidelines for compliance and responsible marketing.
  8. Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, innovation, and growth within the digital marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry or related field.
  • Demonstrated management experience essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Can-do attitude and passion for digital marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
