About Our Role
We are seeking a part-time Ambassador to join our team, responsible for accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners. You will be the first point of contact for donors, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the impact of their donation.
A typical day will involve greeting donors, handling donations with care, educating them and customers on our partners' work, and sharing our story. To succeed in this role, you will need to be available for part-time hours across Monday to Sunday between 9am-9pm.
- You will be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets.
- You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality.
- You will celebrate individuality and promote inclusivity within the team.
- You will be driven by a desire to make a positive impact on your team and community.
- You will provide exceptional customer service at every interaction.
