Role Overview

About a global reuse champion: we've grown from a single shop to multiple locations. Our purpose is to Champion Reuse. We make an impact in real ways every day.

We do this by creating a unique experience for our donors and customers. We're looking for someone who can lead this effort at our Sydney stores.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Supply Chain Manager to ensure the growth and uninterrupted flow of donations to non-profit partners
  • Drive instore experiences that make each store a local donation center of choice
  • Support stores to promote brand awareness and develop relationships with local organizations
Skills Required:
  • Mix of marketing, sales, or business degree and equivalent experience
  • Takes ownership and has strong sense of accountability
  • Has peripheral vision, responds quickly, and executes plans
  • Passionate about thrift and making secondhand secondnature
  • Team player, celebrates uniqueness, and driven by impact
  • Customer focused, eager to learn, and does the right thing
