About Besa

Besa is a "better for you" RTD wine brand based in Los Angeles CA, but launching in Australia

August 2025. The Australian product range will include several flavored Hard Seltzers made

with Australian wine and premium natural flavors, have light carbonation and 8% ABV and

targeted to the 18-24 year old demographic. We are a fast-growing women-led start up that

values entrepreneurship, confidence, and community. All part-time roles have the opportunity to

become full time as we grow Besa Australia.

The Role:

We're looking for outgoing, sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent Besa at in-store tastings, events, and retail demos across Sydney. This is a contract, shift-based role (up to 20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.


Key Job Details:

● Roll: Besa Australia Ambassador -- A Besa Australia ambassador primarily conducts

in-store tastings, engaging with customers to share the unique qualities of our

products, educate them about the brand, and drive sales through personal interactions

and exceptional service.

● Start Date: ASAP

● Hours: 10-20 hours / week -- flexible to pick up as many open shifts as you like that

are available. Training can be included in your hours.

● Location: any/all Dan Murphy locations across NSW

● Shift times: Thurs/Fri/Sat 2-5pm / 3-6pm / 4-7pm (flexible)

● Pay: $35 AUD/hour, paid bi-weekly. $40 weekend rate. You must track hours and

send an invoice on the 15th and 30th of each month.

● Reimbursements: materials like sampling cups, ice, etc may be something you need

and if approved ahead of time, will be reimbursed at the end of month.

● Reports to: Owner and Local Sales Reps


Main Responsibilities:

● Show up to shifts on-time and prepared to conduct tastings for 2-3 hours at a time

● Engage as many customers as possible to try and purchase Besa Hard Seltzer

● Check in as-needed to accounts to schedule more tastings and make sure the product

is hitting all of our standards on shelf.

Main Requirements:

● Reliable transportation

● Up to date RSA license (see here to get one for NSW:

courses/RSA/NSW/)

● Must issue invoices to us monthly (with hours tracking sheet)

● Must handle their own income tax and GST as well as any other tax requirements
