The Role
  • Lead Culture: Embed a team of engaged product ambassadors within your store by fostering a culture that drives engagement.
  • Team Enablement: Develop your team who are customer-focused, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Customer Excellence: Embed customer-centricity while growing your store results through clear direction, operational excellence, and innovative solutions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Bring your commercial expertise to the store to identify trade opportunities and improve the customer experience and store results.
  • Store Operations: Effectively manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product ambassadors within your store.
  2. To enable and develop your team who are customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven.
  3. To embed customer excellence while growing your store results through clear direction and operational excellence.
  4. To bring your commercial eye to the store, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
  5. To manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
