About the Role:

As a vital member of our global client's team, you will be the face of the office, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Your responsibilities will include answering calls and emails, maintaining the office's cleanliness and tidiness, and welcoming visitors with a warm smile and offering refreshments. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering fruit and managing daily and weekly tasks, as well as handling new activities and tasks as they arise. Your multitasking skills will be put to the test as you assist with car charging and post office runs, while also organizing and cleaning the office desk area.
