About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Accor. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.



Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen team members, providing input on menu design, and maintaining food hygiene standards. You will also assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and promoting a positive working culture.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Preparing and presenting food for breakfast, a la carte dinner, in-room dining, and banqueting in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Supervising, coaching, and training kitchen team members.
  • Providing input on menu design, including seasonal menus and daily/weekly specials.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness in ingredients and meal preparation.
  • Implementing and maintaining food hygiene standards in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Ordering and stock control.
  • Assisting the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and promoting a positive working culture.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • An experienced background as a Chef de Partie in a similar fast-paced operation.
  • Creativity and knowledge of current food trends.
  • Natural leadership skills to build a positive working culture.
  • The ability to run your own busy section and remain composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Motivation, energy, and drive to exceed expectations.
  • A passion to learn and grow within the Accor brand.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across mornings, evenings, and weekends.
