As a Customer Service Representative, you'll guide customers on maximizing their solar and battery savings, keep them updated on their solar installation status, and push maintenance call outs through the pipeline.

This role reports to the Customer Service Team Manager. Key requirements include:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace or MS Office

Bonus points for Salesforce CRM experience, studies aligned to renewables, or IT-related skills.
