Quantum Sensing Expert

We are seeking an expert in quantum sensing to develop cutting-edge technology that addresses pressing challenges in various industries.

  • Collaborate with experts to design and implement novel methods for removing noise induced by the platform on which the quantum sensor is mounted.
  • Develop software-layer control protocols and operating modes for optically-pumped atomic magnetometers that deliver significant performance improvements in noisy conditions.
Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a growing team focused on developing innovative solutions for industry sectors.
  • Apply time series analysis and machine learning techniques to compensate for platform and environmental noise.
  • Translate quantum sensor data into capabilities that solve real-world problems for current and prospective customers.
Requirements
  • PhD or equivalent experience in physics, electronic engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a closely related field.
  • Expertise in theory, numerical modelling, and/or optimization of optically-pumped magnetometry, quantum atomic physical systems, atom interferometry, pulse-level optimisation, and quantum control techniques.
