Quantum Research Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher to develop and implement quantum control protocols on real quantum sensor hardware. This individual will play a crucial role in advancing our research division.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicists, engineers, and specialists to implement quantum control protocols
- Assist in the development, operation, and analysis of next-generation atom interferometer based quantum sensors
- Plan and lead technical goals and milestones within program frameworks
- Work with engineering teams to reduce size, weight, and power requirements of lab-based systems used to operate next generation quantum sensors
- A PhD (or equivalent industry experience) in physics, engineering, or a closely related field
- Experimental experience in one or more of the following: atom interferometry; cold and/or ultracold atomic systems; and/or quantum sensing in warm atomic vapors
- A track record of technical leadership and innovation
