Main Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional and engaging training sessions to our learners. This includes sourcing and organising student work experience placements, participating in the assessment strategies development, conducting initial training reviews, and maintaining a service delivery that optimises stakeholder satisfaction.

Vocational Competencies Required

We are looking for trainers with vocational competency in Building & Construction, Warehouse, Hospitality, First Aid, Retail, and Housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience and qualifications.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in either Building and Construction, Warehouse, Hospitality, First Aid, Health Care, Retail, Housekeeping, or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)
  • Currency in any of the industries mentioned above
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Strong administration and office management skills
  • A Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
