Quality and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team.

  • Maintain and improve our Quality Management System (QMS) to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and accreditations, including RTAC and ISO 9001.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our incident management system, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in governance meetings, analyzing and reporting on quality metrics, trends, and risks.
  • Design and deliver training on quality and compliance best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality, risk, or compliance role.
  • Familiarity with RTAC Code of Practice, ISO 15189, and NATA is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to patient safety.
