Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced clinician to lead and manage our clinical services in a dynamic environment.

About the Job:

  • Promote continuous improvement activities in clinical and lifestyle services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduled audits and clinical indicators according to the schedule.
  • Maintain resident health records and clinical documentation.
  • Monitor best practice guidelines for medication management.

About You:

  • You must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Registration.
  • You should have knowledge and experience in Gerontic nursing or relevant qualification.
  • You need to understand Commonwealth Funding System in relation to ACFI.
  • You will lead and manage staff in a clinical care setting.
  • You should demonstrate understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
