Senior Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in correctional centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-level clinical services and managing complex assessments and interventions to support wellbeing and safety.
Main Responsibilities:- Apply behaviour change models to develop and review behavioural support management plans
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to promote a supportive environment and develop critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills within the team
- Be accountable for your own professional development, maintaining clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities
- Operate independently to provide advice, undertake clinical consultations, and problem solve diverse and often complicated situations
You will have the opportunity to work across various correctional centres, including Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre, Borallon Training and Correctional Centre, Brisbane Correctional Centre, Brisbane Women's Correctional Centre, Wolston Correctional Centre, and Southern Queensland Correctional Centre. Your role will play a vital part in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in custody.
