Our five clinics – Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, and Compound – cater to diverse demographics, leveraging a growing team across five countries: Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines.
We've secured over AUD$160M in funding from prominent investors who backed innovative ventures like Uber, Canva, and Airbnb. As we continue to expand into new markets and tackle fresh conditions, we're seeking like-minded professionals to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute HR projects that align with business objectives and values, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective processes, balancing competing demands and stakeholder expectations.
- Analyze complex problems, using creativity and autonomy to identify and implement solutions.
- Promote initiatives that support Eucalyptus' overall people strategy, working closely with leaders and stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of consulting experience, preferably with some management experience.
- A strong passion for HR and people-focused projects.
- Previous involvement in project design and implementation within one or more HR areas (e.g., L&D, remuneration, HR policy).
- The ability to navigate ambiguous problems with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
