About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute HR projects that align with business objectives and values, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective processes, balancing competing demands and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze complex problems, using creativity and autonomy to identify and implement solutions.
  • Promote initiatives that support Eucalyptus' overall people strategy, working closely with leaders and stakeholders.
About You:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of consulting experience, preferably with some management experience.
  • A strong passion for HR and people-focused projects.
  • Previous involvement in project design and implementation within one or more HR areas (e.g., L&D, remuneration, HR policy).
  • The ability to navigate ambiguous problems with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
