About the Role

As the Education Market Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting the organisation's education strategy by providing data insights, customer research, and market analysis. You'll work closely with the Curriculum Implementation Manager and the education team to analyse trends, respond proactively to market shifts, and contribute to key decisions. You'll use tools like Power BI, MS Dynamics, and Excel to create impactful reports and insights that shape the educational offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and desktop research on competitors to gain valuable insights into market trends and performance metrics.
  • Manage data-driven insights using CRMs like MS Dynamics and reporting tools such as Power BI to inform strategic pricing and product positioning decisions.
  • Analyse trends and performance metrics to assess and forecast product performance, ensuring accurate predictions and recommendations for future development.
  • Engage with qualitative and quantitative data to balance customer feedback with internal metrics, driving business decisions based on empirical evidence.
  • Prepare actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic pricing and product positioning, empowering key stakeholders to make informed decisions.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • A bachelor's degree in research, business, education, product management, marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in market or business analysis roles, ideally with reporting and insights development, showcasing your ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong skills with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred), Power BI, and Excel, allowing you to leverage technology to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  • The ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations, communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • An aptitude for efficient, high-quality work with attention to both detail and the bigger picture, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to balance data insights with customer engagement, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
