Job Description

The Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in leading our client services team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. This role necessitates strong relationships with NDIS participants, families, and carers, ensuring quality service delivery.

This position involves coordinating participant onboarding and ongoing support arrangements, providing leadership and guidance to the client services team, addressing participant enquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS framework and person-centred approaches.
  • Proven experience in managing teams within disability or related sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
