We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our support staff across various shifts and matching them with clients' needs.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Allocate our support team across mornings and evening shifts
  • Match our support workers to the right participant
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Work closely with our Operations team to grow our service delivery

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

They will also have:

  • Experience in labour hire or a similar high-volume coordination role

  • Ability to delegate and escalate tasks when necessary
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset
