Project EstimatorJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our estimating team, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and ensuring the successful delivery of accurate quotes and competitive tenders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, scope, estimate works and larger projects within the desired response time.
  • Utilise GHS Solutions systems of work, to track opportunities through to estimates and sales orders.
  • Initiate and coordinate procurement, with suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Handover works won to relevant team members within the participating business unit.
  • Engage with clients and all stakeholders via clear, consistent communication, upholding GHS values.

Requirements
  • Australian recognised Trade Certificate or Degree/Diploma Qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in mechanical maintenance and project delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in estimating project costings, resourcing and schedules.
  • Project and planning experience required.
  • MS Project knowledge desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in tender coordination and submission requirements.
  • Ability to liaise between client and internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced trade qualified project leader will be considered also.
  • Motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude.
  • Hold a current drivers license.
  • Ability to pass a medical and D&A screen.
