Chief Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for translating high-level designs into detailed technical architecture and guiding development teams.
Key Responsibilities- Designing end-to-end solutions that integrate Salesforce with other platforms and systems.
- Developing strategies for data cloud in multi-org environments and driving integrations with external systems.
- Leading initiatives around AI on Salesforce, including hackathons and proof-of-concepts.
- Oversight of apex reduction, UI improvements, and data model optimization across Salesforce implementations.
- Expertise in Lightning development, especially with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and LWR sites.
- Deep understanding of both low-code and pro-code approaches.
- Knowledge of Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement (Chat, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp).
- Experience integrating with Conga and DocuSign.
- Exposure to Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Marketing Cloud, or B2B Commerce is a plus.
- Ability to recommend suitable AppExchange products to enhance solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading development teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
