Companion Care Specialist

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-home care and support to clients across various regions. You will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.

- Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more
- Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care
You must possess a Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent), as well as current Senior First Aid HLTAID011 , CPR HLTAID009 and Manual Handling HLTWHS005 (with 3+ months until expiry). Additionally, you should have a roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence, NDIS Screening (or willingness to get), and strong expertise in mental health care.
