Critical Care Nurse - Intensive Care Unit
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient-centered care through well-developed assessment, clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment by mentoring junior staff
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A postgraduate qualification in critical care (ICU stream)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute critical care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
