Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a critical care registered nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality, patient-centered care that adheres to professional standards and evidence-based practices.
- Demonstrate professionalism by upholding AHPRA standards, code of ethics, and legislative requirements, as well as promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the organization.
- Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement education programs to support patients in managing their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
- Lead quality improvement projects to achieve desired outcomes and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Model safe practice and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Requirements include current AHPRA registration, minimum 1-2 years' experience in ICU/CCU or ED, and a deep understanding of the Australian National Commission in Quality and Safety Ten National Standards.
- Must demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and communication skills.
