Job SummaryThe Offshore Assessor will be responsible for assisting in the development and competence assurance of Production and Maintenance personnel on the Client's FPSO. This includes coordinating the training and assessment schedule for Production Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Apprentices, and Trainees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example in HSSE, Diversity and Inclusion, and Social Performance
- Have a Process Safety focus in assessment activities
- Lead Competency Assurance and reassurance for Technicians
- Schedule, communicate, and conduct assessments of Technicians, Apprentices, and Trainees
- Lead internal validation, coaching, and assurance of the Client's assessment process and line assessors
- Ensure compliance with Client Competence Assurance requirements and FLBM standards
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, including AQF/NSSC qualifications and competence assurance
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Offshore certifications (BOSIET/TBOSIET)
