Senior Role Development Specialist

  • Provide expert guidance and governance in the development, implementation, and evaluation of role descriptions
  • Ensure alignment with best practice organisational design and public sector standards
  • Work closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and change teams to deliver best practice role design and organisational solutions

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in organisational and role design, ideally within a large or complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in job evaluation methodologies (Mercer accreditation highly regarded)
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders to champion effective design outcomes
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective role and structure solutions
