Job Description

As a seasoned project manager, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-profile projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living.

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams comprising consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Liaise with local councils and manage development approval processes (DA) efficiently.
  • Develop scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
  • Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.
  • Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards across all project activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with a clear focus on delivering premium results.
