About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee a critical project focused on modernising service delivery through digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing and assisting with data migration tasks and related tools, ensuring activities align with industry best practices and established guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder needs and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage project budgets and plans effectively.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management products.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, peers, and team members.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports on project status throughout its lifecycle.
  • Oversee governance processes, including assurance, risk management, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers while managing contracts according to organisational standards.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with related programs and projects of work.
  • Lead a team focused on replacing a business-critical case management system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with practical experience in public sector project management and certification in PRINCE2, although no mandatory qualifications are required.
