Human Resources Coordinator

At Data#3 Ltd, we are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our Shared Services team.
This is a 12 month limited term contract opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administration support to monthly commissions payment processing and general HR administrative tasks.
You will be working within our successful Shared Services team, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR administration.
Key responsibilities of this role include administering the end-to-end commission process, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, preparing employment agreements and associated paperwork, and ensuring internal databases and information provided to other relevant departments is accurate, updated and maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in an administrative role, experience in data management, highly developed numeracy literacy skills, great attention to detail, highly developed time management and organisational skills, and competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
