About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team at our Mulgrave and East Bentleigh sites.

This is a full-time, permanent position with guaranteed weekday overtime.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and excellent customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To complete paint jobs in accordance with our company's processes and procedures.
  • To sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer.
  • To maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Spray Painter in an automotive repair environment.
  • Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
