The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paint Finish Expert to join our team at Gemini Ringwood.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a quality paint finish is achieved for our customers. A close-knit and supportive team culture.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete paint jobs in accordance with established procedures and protocols
  • Sign off on the final color, including minor adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
  • Perform other duties as directed by leadership

Requirements:

  • Trade-qualified Paint Finisher (essential)
  • Experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential)
  • Full Australian working rights and valid driver's license
