Drive Business Excellence as a Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive improvements in data quality, business processes, and reporting products within a large public sector organisation.

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure priorities are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning sessions and review cycles to maintain visibility of progress and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Enable your team to determine optimal approaches for delivering backlog items by balancing speed, quality standards, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Share information proactively with key stakeholders to ensure all products align with broader enterprise directions and strategic plans.
  • Oversee the technical delivery of products using a diverse technology stack including SQL, PowerBI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Support your team by facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience (5+ years) in similar leadership roles within complex organisations.
  • Technical expertise aligned with technologies such as SQL databases, PowerBI dashboards/reporting tools, SharePoint platforms, ServiceNow ticketing systems, Jira project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to express complex ideas clearly in plain English, both written and verbally, and through accurate documentation.
