Senior Process Excellence Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Excellence Leader to drive step-change improvements in our enterprise processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Lead quarterly planning within and across initiatives to ensure priorities align with strategic objectives and deliver impact on agreed metrics.
  • Process Support: Support Process Owners and Scrum Master in detailed planning, execution, and delivery of their initiative.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure collaboration and effective execution of project deliverables.
  • Portfolio Management: Own the portfolio of initiatives, ensuring that appropriate management processes and tools are in place, and that each initiative is driven efficiently and optimally within scope.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact for senior leadership and key collaborators. Provide regular updates, resolve issues, and lead expectations throughout the lifecycle of the initiatives.
  • Metric Implementation: Implement metrics to measure overall Center for Process Excellence, as well as individual initiative, performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
  • Resource Allocation: Support resource allocation across initiatives, ensuring that teams have the vital tools and support to achieve the initiative goals.
  • Budget Management: Lead budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution of all initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in process excellence, program management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
