Procurement Support Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver seamless procurement processes. Key responsibilities include sourcing and managing suppliers, preparing and reviewing quotations, and coordinating tender documentation.

About the Role:
  • Support the Procurement Team with sourcing, purchasing, and contracts administration tasks
  • Source, prepare, and review quotations for goods and services
  • Assist in supplier setup and process purchase requisitions in line with organisational policies
  • Manage supplier insurance records, ensuring up-to-date information and compliance
  • Assist with preparing tender documentation, addressing stakeholder queries and monitoring contract end dates
  • Provide general contracts administrative and ERP system support to the Procurement Team

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Experience in a commercial environment
  • Exposure to contract management or previous procurement experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
