Project Coordinators for Adelaide University Transformation

We are seeking two dynamic and organised Project Officers to contribute to one of the largest changes to higher education in Australia over the past 30 years and help shape the new Adelaide University. The successful candidates will be based in the Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Research & Research Training Domain.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level, project, and administrative support, coordinating a range of nominated projects.
- Research and compile information for communications, assisting in the preparation of presentations.
- Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative information, preparing and providing reports on performance and integration activities.
- Support the preparation, presentation, and communication of high-quality documents.
- Manage internal communications, working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a complex project environment requiring strong collaborative working relationships across functional boundaries.
- High-level administrative skills, including experience as a project officer, supporting working groups, committees, and maintaining electronic administrative systems.
- Developed research and analytical skills, with experience interpreting information and policies.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise, and anticipate requirements.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality correspondence and reports, with attention to detail and editing assistance.
The University of South Australia is working together with the University of Adelaide to create a new Adelaide University, making transformational investments in teaching, learning, research, and innovation at scale for South Australia and beyond.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
