As a Strategic Workforce Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting both academic and professional units across the university as they transition to the new Adelaide University structure. You will work closely with leaders and staff to ensure a smooth and productive transition process that supports employee engagement and operational continuity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leaders and staff to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with the new university's goals and objectives.
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships across departments to ensure clear, consistent communication and support throughout the transition.
  • Providing tailored support to teams, addressing specific needs and challenges to facilitate a positive transition experience.
  • Conducting workforce modelling and team design to develop organisational charts that reflect the new structure with clarity and alignment to strategic goals.
  • Overseeing the development and evaluation of position descriptions, coordinating remuneration adjustments, and managing employment contracts for transitioning staff.
