**Program Support Officer Role Overview:**
We are currently seeking an experienced Program Support Officer to join our team. This is a critical role in ensuring the success of our construction and development projects.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and project support across the full capital works lifecycle, maintaining accurate financial and project records, coordinating documentation processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and reporting.
This role requires strong financial administration skills, including budget tracking, reconciliation, and understanding of procurement processes. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise project management systems, excellent organisational and time-management skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide administrative and project support to the Construction and Development Services Unit.
- Maintain accurate financial and project records.
- Coordinate documentation processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and reporting.
- Support with budget tracking, procurement processes, risk reporting, and reconciliations.
- Preparation and coordination of project reports, briefings, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
**Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Support, or a related field — or extensive relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting infrastructure or construction programs.
- Strong financial administration skills, including budget tracking, reconciliation, and understanding of procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise project management systems.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a commitment to quality and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
