About the Role

The Group Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in driving the organization's financial strategy, working closely with the Group CEO to achieve social impact in a financially sustainable manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Shared Services team to deliver high-quality financial management and analysis.
  • Developing and implementing financial plans and policies to support business growth.
  • Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Directly overseeing Procurement, Asset & Insurance services, and Business Payroll.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO of a similar sized organization, with a track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in financial and shared services management, with a focus on strategic planning and development.
  • Experience working with government departments and other relevant organizations.
  • Current CPA or CA credentials.
  • Knowledge of the VET, NDIS, DES, Apprenticeship system, AQTF, and State Training guidelines is desirable.
